In advance of the upcoming federal election, Peel Region is urging all political parties and Peel-area candidates to commit to advancing key priorities that will support Peel residents, businesses and long-term economic sustainability.
Responding to current challenges, including the impacts of U.S. trade tariffs, providing support for asylum claimants and building housing-enabling infrastructure will require support from the next federal government.
Peel Region is dedicated to collaboration with all levels of government to ensure every resident has a place to call home, has access to critical services, and benefits from infrastructure investments in our communities.
Peel Region continues to be at the forefront of tackling some of the most pressing challenges facing our community and country, from housing affordability to climate action and support for asylum claimants. - Combatting climate change

- Enhancing integration of seniors dental programs
- Making child care accessible and affordable
