‘The Bethell Hospice Story’ Film Premiere

Submitted to Just Sayin' Caledon

On behalf of The Bethell Hospice Story Event Committee…

Please join us for the film premiere in support of Bethell Hospice on September 27th at 6:00pm at the beautiful Rose Theatre in Brampton.

The Bethell Hospice Story” is an inspirational film that showcases the history of, and care provided at the Hospice. It highlights the ambitious goals set and realized by Lorna Bethell, her daughter, Elizabeth Birnie, and the community, in order to bring residential hospice care to Brampton, Caledon, Dufferin County.  It is a story about life and death, sharing how hospice provides care not only to residents, but also how support is provided to caregivers, families, and friends to help them through one of the most difficult times of their lives.

This event will provide education on hospice care and after watching this film, viewers will marvel at what a small community-minded group was able to accomplish and will look at death and dying differently – in a way that shows the absolute love and compassion that goes into the care of a loved one at the end of their life at Bethell Hospice.

We hope you will be able to join us for this special evening.  Tickets are available online or by phone from the Rose Theatre for $40. All net proceeds will be donated to Bethell Hospice.

If you are interested in providing event sponsorship or a donation in support of the film, please visit here, we would be very grateful for your support.

As you can appreciate, these have been challenging times for non-profit organizations, as typical fundraising efforts have been significantly impacted. Thank you for your consideration to support this worthy initiative.
