  • Learn & Grow: At Staples, learning and development is at the core of our associate contingent, with cross-department training, and DEI training sessions and various leadership development tracks, ensuring that our team remains motivated and on the edge of innovation.
  • Make an impact: Each year Staples associates partner with organizations like MAP, as well as taking on local charitable giving initiatives like the School Supply Drive during Back to School, as a continued commitment to communities across Canada.
  • Educational Support: Each year scholarships are awarded through the Staples Canada Annual Academic Scholarship Program to Associates or children of our associates attending post-secondary education.
