Jobs Caledon Features : Apprenticeship – Everything You Need to Know

Apprenticeship is a fabulous way to create a very profitable career and not enough people know about it.

On Thursday, August 10th, 1:00 – 3:00pm Jobs Caledon (Caledon Community Services) will be hosting a guest speaker presentation with Audley Stephenson from the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development (MAESD).

“There are many misconceptions people have about the apprenticeship program. It’s important that they receive the right information in order to make informed choices,” says Audley. “There’s a difference between the role of the Ministry of Advanced Education and Skills Development vs. the Ontario College of Trades that is helpful for people to know.”

With almost 20 years in service between Federal and Provincial government roles, Audley will provide an overview of the program, the registration process, the trade requirements and any inquiries participants have.

Don’t miss this opportunity to ask questions and learn everything you need to know about being an apprentice. Seating is limited – contact us to register: | 905 584 2300 ext. 200
