OPP Looking for Assistance

(CALEDON, ON)- On Saturday, October 26th between the hours of 1 and 10 am, unknown suspect(s) stole a boat and trailer from a Bolton residential driveway. The following morning the owner contacted the Caledon Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) to report the theft. The 1994 white and blue Grumman bass boat had a 40 hp outboard motor and a black Johnson 1 hp trolling motor that was front mounted. The boat was on silver 1994 Yacht trailer.

Police are reminding residents to contact the OPP Communications Centre immediately at 1-888-310-1122 to report any suspicious activity or suspicious vehicles in the area. Information such as suspect physical descriptions, suspect vehicles and direction of travel are useful tools for investigators.

Police are asking anyone with information about this break and enter to contact Provincial Constable McMillan, Caledon OPP at 905-584-2241 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477). You can submit information online at www.peelcrimestoppers.ca. Crime Stoppers does not subscribe to call display and you will remain anonymous. Being anonymous, you will not testify in court and your information may lead to a cash reward of up to $2,000.00.
