Annual tree sale for Town of Caledon residents starts Monday, August 11 @ 9:00 a.m.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – This year, property owners in Caledon who were affected by the ice storm are entitled to up to 10 replacement tree seedlings AT NO CHARGE — while supplies last.

This offer applies to Coniferous (softwood) species only — limit of one bundle (10 seedlings) per household:

• White Cedar: $12 per bundle of 10

• White Pine: $12 per bundle of 10

• White Spruce: $12 per bundle of 10

To get the free seedlings (up to one bundle of 10 per household), residents must use the discount code “icestorm” at the check-out.

In addition, potted Deciduous (hardwood) species are for sale only, on a per-tree basis:

• Black Cherry: $24

• Bur Oak: $24

• Red Maple: $24

• Sugar Maple: $24


Trees will be available for pickup on Saturday, September 20, 2014, from 8:00 a.m. to noon at the Town of Caledon Public Works yard at 8820 Castlederg Sideroad

Please bring a piece of photo ID that shows your Caledon address.

The Town of Caledon Tree Seedling Program is a great way for property owners in Caledon to add to the tree canopy, beautify the environment and repair the damage from last year’s devastating ice storm.
