CMOW is a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to enabling individuals to live independent, healthy lives by providing hot and frozen meals, exercise programs, volunteer visiting/security checks and congregate dining programs.

Our Policy/Governance Committee is currently seeking applicants who have knowledge and skill in, but not limited to, the following areas:

Our Board meets approximately 6 times per year, usually on the first Tuesday of the month, in the evening. It is expected that each member participate on one committee and support the organization’s fundraising efforts.
