Learn Social Media in Bolton Classes

Caledon Public Library is excited to present a brand new 5-part series of workshops which will assist you with in the communications and marketing of your small business through the use of social media.

Created and presented by Shelly Sargent of Caledon Online, this series of 90 minute, hands-on classes will outline the skills involved while demonstrating that social media marketing is nothing to be afraid of – it is really just word-of-mouth powered by technology.

Classes will be offered on five consecutive Thursdays, beginning at 7:00pm on February 7, 2013 and will cover the following topics:

Workshop #1 – Feb. 7: Social Media – The Big Picture
Workshop #2 – Feb. 14: Facebook Basics
Workshop #3 – Feb. 21: Twitter Basics
Workshop #4 – Feb. 28: Intro to LinkedIn
Workshop #5 – Mar. 7: Managing Multiple Social Media Platforms

Fees:
– $25 per each individual workshop
– $100 for the complete series of five workshops
