How to View Tonight’s Special Caledon Town Council Meeting

Last week a late-day walk-on motion was received and adopted at Peel Regional Council that would reduce Caledon residents’ voice at Peel Region. The motion would reduce Town’s representation on Peel Region’s 25-member Council to just 3 seats.

In response to that decision Caledon Mayor Thompson has called a special virtual council meeting for this evening, Monday, November 30th, starting at 6 p.m.

Members of the public will be able to watch the meeting from the comfort of their home. The live stream can be accessed on the Town’s website through the HTML version of the Agenda Package. Please note the stream becomes live approximately thirty (30) minutes before the start of the meeting.

As an example of what you can expect to see, the screen shot below illustrates how the live stream appeared during the November 24, 2020 Town Council meeting.
