Bolton Regional Councillor Good to Know

Hike for Caledon’s Bethell Hospice

Bethell Hospice Announces Bolton Hike……

Bethell Hospice is the only 10 bed residential hospice serving the communities of Bolton, Brampton, Caledon, Dufferin County, Malton, Rexdale and Woodbridge. We wanted to make you aware of National Hospice & Palliative Care Week which is May 5 to May 11, 2013. We at Bethell Hospice will be recognizing this occasion with two hikes, the first will be on Sunday, May 5th to be held in Inglewood and the second will be at the end of National Hospice & Palliative Care Week on Saturday, May 11th in Bolton – the direct link to the hike website: http://bhf.akaraisin.com/BoltonHike2013

Please join us at Dick’s Dam Park at 9:00 a.m. for Registration and then following the hike, enjoy a BBQ at Noon.

Care costs at Bethell Hospice are not covered entirely by our Ontario health care system. There are no fees to stay at Bethell Hospice or to participate in any of our Community Care Programs and no one is ever denied care due to financial situations. However, as a not-for-profit organization, we depend on donations and fundraising efforts in order to meet the annual operational budget. We rely on and appreciate all donations made for Residential and Community Care.

Thank you so much for your help in creating awareness for Bethell Hospice and please call me directly if you require any additional information.

Thank you,
