Help plant trees in Bolton’s Sunkist Woods


The Bolton and District Horticultural Society has announced their 2012 fall tree planting in Bolton’s Sunkist Woods planned for Saturday, October 27th 2012,10:00 a.m. until noon.

Please join them, rain or shine, to plant native trees & shrubs in Bolton’s Sunkist Woods. This is a family friendly event and youth are encouraged to be involved. Come prepared with work gloves and closed-toed waterproof footwear and they’ll supply the tools. Treats and refreshments are provided by the Bolton Girl Guides and MARS Canada.

Park in the Pumping Station parking lot which is on your left side shortly after you enter Old King Road from King St east (2nd traffic light east of Queen St).
Watch for balloons at entrance.
