Below are the dates and times requiring volunteer drivers:

May 31, 2014 11 pm to 1 am Lions Steak and Lobster Dinner

June 14, 2014 9 pm to 11 pm Caledon Day

June 21, 2014 8:30 pm to 10 pm Palgrave Rotary Wines of the World

July 11 & 12, 2014 9 pm to 11 pm Bolton Rotary Ribfest (info booth only)

Other Volunteer positions:

Volunteer Co-ordinator:

The HomeJames Executive is looking for a Volunteer Co-ordinator for the 2014 campaign. The duties include:
Responsible for all volunteer communication & scheduling.
Liaises with Database Manager to maintain/update the HomeJames Caledon database on a timely basis.
Emails all prior year’s volunteers, by Sept 15th to sign up for current year.
Receives and responds to all volunteer emails and updates database as required.
Identifies scheduling problems and advises VP Operations
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Access & Outlook

Thank you to Mandy Zarifopoulos and Audrey Murphy who served as Volunteer Co-ordinators in 2012 and 2013 respectively.

Food/Event Co-ordinator: (new position)

Ensures adequate supplies of food, pop, water, snacks, etc are available for each night of the campaign and for all Steering Committee meetings.
Co-ordinates food and serving requirements for Launch and Volunteer / Sponsor Appreciation evenings.
Reports to the VP Operations.
