Festival Mulled Wine Jelly Canning Bee – Sunday, November 18, 1:00pm- 5:00pm, Palgrave Community Kitchen, 34 Pine Avenue. As the holiday season draws near, don’t miss this opportunity to stock your pantry with delicious homemade gifts to bring to your next holiday gathering. At this workshop, hosted in partnership between Toronto and Region Conservation and Eat Local Caledon, participants will learn how to make festive mulled wine jelly from scratch. From choosing wine and spices, to preparation and canning, this hands-on workshop will guide participants through the process of making their own jelly. We will also make homemade wheat crackers.
