Most of us know that the foods we choose to eat can impact our health and well-being. However, the foods we choose to eat can also have a negative impact on the planet. According to the EAT Lancet Commission, a planetary health diet is an optimal diet for people and the planet.
EcoCaledon and Gratitude For Food Caledon invites you to our next workshop where we will explore some of the staple foods in our diet and how they contribute to climate change. In addition, we will share some of the climate friendly alternatives to our favourite dishes.
