Alton Mill cooks up culinary adventure at Cuisine-Art 2013

July 19, 20 and 21

Taste your way through Headwaters Country at Cuisine-Art 2013. We’ve cooked up a sumptuous showcase featuring two dozen artists, 20 area chefs, and local wine experts, cider and beer masters. It’s a weekend to savour all season!

Throughout Alton Mill studios and art galleries there will be tasting stations full of cool drinks and fresh fare. The Main Stage action has hourly chef demonstrations, plus a daily cook-off.

Sip & Savour passes are $30 ( $20 advance at Scotiabank, 97 First St. Orangeville or altonmill.ca). Tastings, demos and related activities run 12 – 5pm Sat. and Sunday. No pets, please.

PLUS: Enjoy dinner, cash bar and live music al fresco followed by live theatre: As You Like It, by Humber River Shakespeare Co. Dinner Friday & Saturday from 5:30pm; options individually priced. Theatre begins at 7pm; tickets $20 at humberrivershakespeare.ca.
