Albion Hills Community Farm is a non-profit farm and education centre located at 16555 Humber Station Road.
Find out how you can get involved with Caledon’s very own Community Farm.

Members receive a weekly delivery of high quality ecologically grown vegetables, a weekly newsletter with recipes, nutritional information etc. and most importantly the opportunity to connect with where your food comes from.
Small and large share options available. Pick up locations are in Palgrave, Bolton and, new this year, in Toronto.

Thanks so much for the great profile of a great place! This will be my 5th season as a community gardener at the Farm – such a fertile place – it goes veggies, children, families and communities..
So many great ways at AHCF to learn about and get involved in growing and consuming fresh healthy vegetables…..and support the local economy by choosing food produced in Caledon, not California! Thanks for helping to spread the word about this treasure in our midst.
Will the AHCF be at the Bolton Farmers Market this year?
Hi Crocetta. I am not aware of their plans regarding the Market. Perhaps give them a shout and check it out.
