Caledon OPP participate in Special Olympics Opening Ceremony

July 11th marked the Opening Ceremony for the Ontario Special Olympics and five Caledon OPP officers participated, running 4 kms, in the Torch Run Final Leg held in Newmarket.

Brenda Evans, Caledon Community Services Officer said “An awesome experience, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The Special Olympians are such great folk, a very humbling experience.”
