The mobile-friendly version of the Town website serves the growing number of residents accessing the website through smartphones or tablets.

This year, 29 per cent of website traffic has come from mobile devices.

The mobile-friendly website means better customer service for Caledon residents to get the information they need, in a faster, more convenient and accessible way.

“Mobile traffic to the Town of Caledon website continues to increase,” said Bethany Lee, Communications Manager for the Town of Caledon. “We’re excited about this launch and are constantly working to adapt our communications to use technology to become more accessible for all.”

“We’re committed to creating a seamless customer service experience for residents and visitors looking for information,” said Douglas Barnes, Chief Administrative Officer for the Town of Caledon. “When the Town adopted the Community Based Strategic Plan, we made a commitment to be a leader in the delivery of appropriate, quality and efficient Town services.”
