Bolton Regional Councillor Good to Know Something to think about

Bolton’s Bold Colours, Join Us!

Councillor Mezzapelli and I invite you to join us for our second Bolton hike of the year.  Our Fall Colours Hike will take place on Saturday October the 13th.

We will be meeting at 9:30 a.m. at the Dick’s Dam parking lot on Glasgow Road and departing promptly at 10:00.  This hike is primarily on the Humber Valley Heritage Trail with a portion on asphalt paths and public sidewalks.

Along the way we will view the beautiful Humber Valley in full fall colours.  On our return trip we will pass locations where local projects will be occurring shortly and will highlight what you can expect to see.

We hope to raise awareness of what is available right here in Bolton for all to enjoy and we hope you can join us.  The hike will be an opportunity to get outside and active!

Please note there will be sections with steeper terrain and not all of the hike route is fully accessible.  No pets or strollers please.  This is a rain or shine event; please wear weather-appropriate clothing and footwear, and remember to bring water.  The hike should take approximately 2 to 2-1/2 hours to complete.
