Just Sayin’ Caledon reached out to Garden Foods today after the store’s name appeared on a ground meat recall list issued by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. The recall of a specific group of meats was due to potential contamination.
Garden Food customers will be relieved to know that Piero Carbone, owner of the 35-year landmark Bolton store, states that none of the affected products are, or were, sold in his store. “I want to assure our customers that the meat on our shelves is safe. The health and safety of our customers is our priority.”
