Bolton Regional Councillor Good to Know

And Even More Christmas Spirit!

On Sunday, November 23, 2014 Caledon Chamber Concerts presents Handel’s Messiah with the Georgetown Bach Chorale and Chamber Orchestra. The Bach Chorale is a 22-voice auditioned chamber choir that specializes in Baroque composers such as Bach and Handel. Music director Ron Greidanus conducts the choir and orchestra from the harpsichord. This performance is in the style that would have been heard in Handel’s time.

Tickets are $30 for adults, $15 for students 16 years and under, and may be purchased in advance at Howard the Butcher, Forester’s Book Garden, and BookLore. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Note that this is a matinee performance that starts at 2:30 pm.

The concert will be held at St James Anglican Church in Caledon East so you may want to bring a cushion.

Regards,
Gordon
