A reminder, we hope you can join us this Saturday……and please pass this along to friends and family!
Councillor Mezzapelli and I invite you to join us for a fabulous fall morning in the Bolton river valley! Saturday October 19th is the date of our next bi-annual Councillors’ Walk. Rain or shine walk with us and enjoy the spectacular autumn colours as we visit the new Bolton Rotary Peace Park, the TRCA Rivers Edge Pathway, and the new Humber River Heritage Park.
From there we’ll head over the elevated pedestrian walkway and under the bridge into Bolton Mill Park talking about points of interest along the way. We’ll arrive in time to join the Bolton and District Horticultural Society for their 11:00 a.m. Bolton Mill Park Environmental Project Celebration, to provide recognition to all of the donors and volunteers that have shaped the Park over the past 15 years.
To participate in the October 19th Walk rendezvous at Dicks Dam Park on Glasgow Road at 9:15 a.m. for a 9:30 a.m. departure, or meet up with us at 10:30 a.m. at the Humber River Heritage Park if you are only interested in the latter part of the Walk, which ends at noon.
